EveryWish, farklı mağazalarda beğendiğin ürünleri tek listede topladığın, fiyat ve beden değişikliklerinden haberdar olduğun bir uygulamadır. Bu metin hangi verini neden işlediğimizi, kimlerle paylaştığımızı, ne kadar sakladığımızı ve haklarını anlatır. Kısaca: verini satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız ve hesabını uygulamadan istediğin an silebilirsin.EveryWish lets you collect products you like from different stores in one list and hear about price and size changes. This policy explains what data we process and why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it and what your rights are. In short: we do not sell your data, we do not use it for ads, and you can delete your account in the app at any time.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz2. What we process

• Hesap: Apple (ileride Google) ile giriş yaptığında hesap kimliğin ve e-posta adresin (Apple’ın gizli yönlendirme adresi olabilir). Şifre tutmayız.Account: when you sign in with Apple (later also Google), your account identifier and e-mail address (which may be Apple’s private relay address). We do not store passwords.
• Profil: girdiğin ad ve yüklediğin profil fotoğrafı. Apple ilk girişte adını gönderirse bunu profiline kaydederiz; istediğin an değiştirebilir ya da fotoğrafı kaldırabilirsin.Profile: the name you enter and the profile photo you upload. If Apple sends your name on first sign-in we save it to your profile; you can change it or remove the photo at any time.
• Listen: kaydettiğin ürünlerin bağlantıları, ürün bilgileri (ad, mağaza, fotoğraf bağlantısı, fiyat, para birimi, bedenler ve stok durumu), kategorilerin, listelerin, kombinlerin ve kurduğun fiyat ve beden alarmları.Your list: the links of products you save, product details (name, store, photo link, price, currency, sizes and stock), your categories, lists, outfits and the price and size alerts you set.
• Fiyat okumaları: uygulama açıkken telefonun, kaydettiğin ürün sayfalarını arka planda yeniden okuyabilir ve bulduğu fiyat ve stok bilgisini bize gönderir. Bu okumalar ürüne bağlanır; aynı ürünü takip eden herkesin fiyatını güncel tutar.Price readings: while the app is open, your phone may re-read the product pages you saved in the background and send us the price and stock it finds. These readings belong to the product and keep its price current for everyone who tracks it.
• Bildirimler: bildirimlere izin verirsen cihazının bildirim anahtarı (push token) ve gönderdiğimiz bildirimlerin kaydı.Notifications: if you allow notifications, your device’s push token and a record of the notifications we send.
• Abonelik: EveryWish Plus aboneliğinin ve deneme süresinin durumu. Ödemeyi Apple işler; kart bilgilerini görmeyiz.Subscription: the status of your EveryWish Plus subscription and trial. Apple handles payment; we never see your card details.

3. Neden işliyoruz3. Why we process it

• Hesabını açmak, listeni cihazların arasında saklamak ve uygulamayı çalıştırmak (sözleşmenin ifası).To create your account, keep your list across devices and run the app (performance of the contract).
• Fiyat düştüğünde ya da beden stoğa girdiğinde sana haber vermek (sözleşmenin ifası; bildirimler için cihaz izni).To tell you when a price drops or a size is back (performance of the contract; device permission for notifications).
• Aboneliğini yönetmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek (sözleşmenin ifası, meşru menfaat).To manage your subscription and prevent abuse (performance of the contract, legitimate interest).
• Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek.To meet our legal obligations.

Verini reklam, profilleme ya da üçüncü taraf izleme için kullanmayız ve satmayız.We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or third-party tracking, and we do not sell it.

4. Kimler işliyor (hizmet sağlayıcılar)4. Who processes it for us

• Supabase (veritabanı, giriş, dosya depolama, sunucu işlevleri; sunucular İrlanda’da, AB).Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage, server functions; servers in Ireland, EU).
• Apple (Apple ile giriş, bildirim gönderimi, uygulama içi satın alma).Apple (Sign in with Apple, push delivery, in-app purchases).
• RevenueCat (abonelik durumunun takibi; anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliğiyle).RevenueCat (subscription status, with an anonymous app user id).
• Anthropic (yapay zeka ile kategori önerisi; yalnızca ürünün adı gönderilir, hesap bilgin gönderilmez).Anthropic (AI category suggestions; only the product name is sent, never your account details).

Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı Türkiye dışında bulunur; verin KVKK’nın yurt dışı aktarım kurallarına uygun güvencelerle aktarılır.Some of these providers are outside Türkiye; your data is transferred with safeguards that follow the transfer rules of the Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

5. Ne kadar saklıyoruz5. How long we keep it

• Hesabın ve listen: hesabını silene kadar.Your account and list: until you delete your account.
• Girişi tamamlanmamış misafir oturumları: kısa bir süre sonra otomatik silinir.Guest sessions that never signed in: deleted automatically after a short while.
• Ürünlerin fiyat geçmişi: ürüne bağlıdır ve kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmez; hesabın silinince seninle bağı kalkar.Product price history: belongs to the product, not to you; when your account is deleted the link to you is removed.

6. Hesabını silmek6. Deleting your account

Profil > Gizlilik ve veriler > Hesabımı sil adımıyla hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin. Hesabın, listen, kombinlerin, alarmların, bildirim anahtarların ve profil fotoğrafın silinir. 7. Hakların7. Your rights

KVKK’nın 11. maddesi ve geçerli olduğu yerde GDPR kapsamında verine erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ya da aktarılmasını isteme ve işlenmesine itiraz etme hakların vardır. Başvurularını destek@everywish.app adresine gönderebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.
