Bu koşullar EveryWish uygulamasını ve everywish.app sitesini kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Hizmeti 4ourstack sunar.These terms govern your use of the EveryWish app and the everywish.app site. By using the app you accept them. The service is provided by 4ourstack.

1. Hizmet1. The service

EveryWish, farklı mağazalardaki ürünleri kaydetmeni, fiyat ve stok değişikliklerini takip etmeni ve kombin oluşturmanı sağlar. Mağaza değiliz: satış yapmayız, ürünlerden ve mağazaların satış koşullarından sorumlu değiliz. Bir ürünü satın aldığında sözleşmen ilgili mağazayladır.EveryWish lets you save products from different stores, follow price and stock changes and build outfits. We are not a store: we do not sell anything and are not responsible for products or stores’ terms of sale. When you buy something, your contract is with that store.

2. Fiyat ve stok bilgisi2. Price and stock information

Fiyat, beden ve stok bilgisini mağaza sayfalarından otomatik okuruz. Doğru tutmaya çalışırız ama gecikebilir ya da hatalı olabilir. Satın almadan önce mağazadaki güncel fiyatı ve koşulları kontrol et. Bazı sitelerde yalnızca fiyatı takip edebiliriz.We read price, size and stock information from store pages automatically. We try to keep it right, but it can be late or wrong. Check the current price and terms in the store before you buy. On some sites we can only track the price.

3. Hesabın3. Your account

Hesabını Apple (ileride Google) ile açarsın. Hesabının güvenliğinden ve hesabınla yapılanlardan sen sorumlusun. Hizmeti kötüye kullanan (örneğin sistemleri aşırı yükleyen ya da başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden) hesapları askıya alabiliriz.You open your account with Apple (later also Google). You are responsible for keeping it secure and for what is done with it. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example by overloading our systems or infringing others’ rights.

4. EveryWish Plus4. EveryWish Plus

• Plus aylık ya da yıllık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; fiyatı satın almadan önce App Store’da gösterilir.Plus is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription; the price is shown in the App Store before you buy.
• Yeni aboneler 14 gün ücretsiz deneyebilir. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezsen abonelik ücretli olarak başlar.New subscribers can try it free for 14 days. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts.
• Ödemeyi Apple alır. Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse yenilenir. İptal ve iade için iPhone’daki Ayarlar > Apple Hesabı > Abonelikler’i kullan; iadeleri Apple yönetir.Apple takes the payment. The subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel or ask for a refund use Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your iPhone; Apple handles refunds.
• Uygulamayı ya da hesabını silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.

5. İçerik ve fikri haklar5. Content and intellectual property

Ürün adları, fotoğraflar ve markalar sahiplerine aittir; uygulamada yalnızca senin kişisel listen için gösterilir. Uygulamanın kendisi, tasarımı ve EveryWish markası bize aittir. Hak sahibiysen ve bir içeriğin kaldırılmasını istiyorsan bize yaz.Product names, photos and trademarks belong to their owners; the app shows them only for your personal list. The app itself, its design and the EveryWish brand belong to us. If you own rights in something shown and want it removed, write to us.

6. Sorumluluk6. Liability

Hizmeti olduğu gibi sunarız. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, kaçırılan indirimler, hatalı fiyat bilgisi ya da mağazalarla yaşadığın sorunlardan doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Tüketici olarak yasal hakların saklıdır.We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed deals, wrong price information or problems you have with stores. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Değişiklikler ve fesih7. Changes and termination

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yeni sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Hesabını istediğin an silerek hizmeti bırakabilirsin.We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page. You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk8. Governing law

Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak yerleşim yerindeki tüketici hakem heyetine ve mahkemelere başvurma hakkın saklıdır.
